Weekend in Dublin Haul

Another weekend away, another large haul and far too much money spent on things I really didn't need but really wanted.

First of all I went to Penneys.
I picked up this very cute black and white tartan t-shirt dress. It has no shape which means it hangs beautifully and is extremely comfortable. I decided to get a size bigger than normal as I'm rather tall and that way it hangs longer on me. I love the way I can wear a long sleeved top underneath it while the weather is still a bit chilly.

Sorry about the wrinkles but it's been sat in a bag all weekend.

I also picked up the cutest oversized shirt style nightdress. It's made of a very light material and has an adjustable draw string around the middle. I also went a size bigger on this because who wants well fitted pjs?

I'm sure I'm not alone when it comes to my obsession with socks.
I saw these little animal face "I look like I'm not wearing socks but actually I am" socks and I couldn't leave them behind.
I also got these Bambi printed socks for myself, a pair of Barbie printed ones for my sister and a pair of butterfly printed ones for my friend.

Next up I went to New Look. I only got one item there but it's something I've wanted since I saw it online but figured they'd be gone because it was a sale item.

It's this gorgeous black and cream printed dress covered in paisley patterns and a thick band of elephants around the hem. It's very me and I'm so happy I found it as it was the lat one in the shop.

Last but not least, I went to Lush. I went a little overboard but hey, I'm easily exciteable.
I had a small list of what I wanted to get but you know how it is once you get sniffing...

Mint Julips Lip Scrub

I usually make my own lip scrub but I really wanted to try out a Lush one. I really disliked the popcorn and bubblegum ones but thankfully the mint choc flavoured one was right up my street. It smells and tastes great, minty but sweet and not overpowering. It's great at removing any dry, flakiness from your lips and you don't have to worry about washing it off as it's totally safe to eat.

Rose Jam Bubble Bar

This smells so good. It certainly smells like roses but also has sweet undertones mixed with someting I can't quite put my finger on. There's a faint scent of lemon but it's not citrus-y overall. You crumble this up under the hot top to create a lovely bubble bath.

Sex Bomb Bath Ballistic

Like most bath bombs, you pop this into your bath and enjoy the show as it fizzes around and makes a wonderfully coloured bath that smells floral and sweet with undertones of jasmine, ylang ylang and clary sage.

Amandopondo Bubble Bar

This cute little bubble bar smells like roses with a hint of lemon. I usually avoid citrus scented or flavoured anything as it triggers migraines but this is muted enough that I can sniff away without a problem.

Creamy Candy Bubble Bar

With a scent to match Lush's Rock Star soap, this cotton candy scented bubble bar infused with cocoa and almond butter leaves your skin feeling smooth and moisturised. Perfect if you need a little boost.

Butterball Bath Ballistic

A much more muted, less sweet, more musty smelling bath bomb that's perfect for dry skin. With pieces of cocoa butter inside to moisturise and sooth dry or irritated skin.

Fluffy Egg Bath Ballistic

This bath bomb is from the Easter collection and smells just like the Snow Fairy scent. I'm saving this for closer to Easter (assuming I can hold out).

Mum Tulip Bubble Bar

I got this reusable bubble bar for my mom for Mother's Day. It has the same scent as Sex Bomb but is slightly more muted. I'm going to include this in a Mother's Day post soon so I won't go into much detail here.

I also doubled up on one bath bomb as a birthday gift to a friend but I know she'll see this and I want to surprise her so I'm not going to say which one it is.

I think that's everything! I hope you all enjoyed seeing what I bought. Let me know if you want a more detailed post on anything I mentioned here.
Thanks so much for reading.
